Stretching With Trainer Julie Diamond

Stretching increases flexibility and range of motion. It increases blood flow to the muscles and can decrease your risk of injury. “Stretching is as important as the workout,” says L.A.-based trainer Julie Diamond. Plus, stretching feels really, really good!
