Eat Your Greens: 5 Recipes to Try

Spring is synonymous with green, and greens are synonymous with good health. In fact, a few doctors and nutritionists we follow recommend 10 cups of green veggies per day. That’s a lot of greens, so we asked certified holistic health coach and cookbook author Pamela Salzman to help us out with a few recipes.

You already know about her versatile spinach salad, but we think some of these green eats will surprise you!

green muffins recipe

A basic muffin gets a chartreuse hue from pureed spinach and a bit of sweetness from banana. Have a couple for breakfast with cottage cheese or yogurt. Get the recipe.
