All year, we’re working with L.A.-based trainer Julie Diamond on perfecting our workouts. In this second part of our video series, Diamond and The Fine Line founder Sue Cowie tackle glute bridges in a progressive fashion. We love glute bridges because they get into the booty and the core.
In the first video, Diamond shows us the basic bridge, as well as a one-legged progression.
In the next video, we literally step things up: Diamond shows us how to use a step for an elevated glute bridge. She then takes things a bit further with the addition of a resistance band placed above the knees.
